This Thursday, September 14th, will be the first Byzanteens meeting of the year. Will meet immediately after Diveine Liturgy for the Exaltation of the Cross. Rachel Blair, Laura Driscoll, Augustine Griffin, and Travis Kingery will be adult leaders.
Plans are to meet the second Thursday of each month from 6:30-7:30 through December. The schedule will be re-evaluated in December based on parent, teen, and leader feedback.
The Byzanteens group is for teens, ages 13-18. Meetings will include: opening and closing prayers, an ice breaker, a lesson (a topic survey will be sent out in the coming days), snacks and drinks, and great activities for teens.
