NOV 4 & 5: 22ND SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST (RESUME STANDARD TIME)

NOTE: PLEASE “FALL BACK” CLOCK 1 HOUR AT 2:00 AM SUNDAY!   NOV 4: CONFESSIONS – 2:00 – 2:45 PM, GREAT VESPERS – 3:00 PM; NOV 5: MATINS: 7:00 AM,  DIVINE LITURGY – 10:30 AM.

The Gospel today is Luke 8:41-56. In Luke 8: 41-56, read about Christ healing the hemorrhaging woman. Important to note in this story is that thoughts are a means of communication with God. The hemorrhaging woman was healed because she thought, ‘If I can but touch the hem of his garment, I shall be healed.’  Her faith so strong even in thought!
