Clergy

On July 21, 2020, our church joyfully welcomed Father Vasyl Sokolovych. Father was born in 1976 in Yasinya, Ukraine where he attended local schools. He entered the seminary in 1994, graduated in 2000 and was ordained a priest in July 2000. Before coming to the U.S. Father previously served in three parishes. His wife, Pani Olena, was a school teacher in the Ukraine and they have three children. The eldest daughter, Solomiya, resides in the Ukraine and is a student at a medical university. Their second child, Vasyl, graduated this year from Neshaminy High School, Langhorne, PA and the younger son, Andriy, just completed sixth grade at Neshaminy Middle School. Father Vasyl was the Parochial Vicar at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Byzantine Catholic Church, Levittown, PA since June 2018.
